Kellie Moylan works with athletes of all levels throughout the world. She has been involved in cycling, triathlons, running and strength training for over 20 years. In 1995 Kellie started as a strength and conditioning coach, working one on one with individuals helping to educate and motivate for a healthier lifestyle. Kellie continues to coach and train mountain bikers, road cyclists, triathletes, runners and recreational athletes through online coaching with great success. Awareness and understanding give Kellie insight of how to apply weightlifting to endurance sports.
